Section 104
Battlefield Penalty
(1) If a person commits an offence provided in Sub- section (2) of Section 63, he or she may be imposed a penalty of detention or fatigue except causing any harm to the body.
(2) If a Sergeant (Hudda), Corporal (Amaldar) or Lance Corporal (Pyuth) is imposed a battlefield penalty, he or she shall be deemed to have been demoted to Sipahi.
